"Use the aqua and the burnt sienna and unleash your brush to your will." said the instructor and that was all the nudge I needed to let my mind loose. The coarse paper was just the right texture for water color. No great masterpieces being created, just a brush, two colors and a hand.

I had no recollection of how the two hours creeped by, and all I had to show was 8 pages of squiggly art much like a toddler's finger paint work. But no, this was a class of adults, for adults, by adults trying master water color painting.
