Hm, with so much of basil, some basil pesto is definitely the need for the day.

10 mint(s) of wisdom:
you have a possibility for every cuisine in there! prject green thumb sure rocks :)
heeehee :) PPP thinks they look under nourished :P.
Nice nice ems , all this experience will work well when u inherit the undernourished coconut tree at home :P teehee
Wats with the poor Coriander?? :--(
basil's already flowering??? collect the seeds for next year. I would boil some pasta and throw the bail and cherry tomatoes in!
I am so impressed.Seriously.
I got an indoor plant last year.Low maintenance antha.
It died a month after my parents left.Needless to say my dad used to tend to it all during the 2 months that they were here with us.
*sigh*
Basil and lemon grass top my chart of herbs. Just yesterday, I made pesto sauce from fresh basil leaves.
You gals have some serious talent there. Just left a comment on Dotties, so much that I claim to love gardening, I can't keep a plant alive :(
BTW, Emolior.. meaning achieve by effort.. is the story of my life too :)
K's mom- :)
Seren : Ask PPP to get here and nourish them!
SK : Poor coriander is wonly 5 days old!
dotT : Yes, pasta is on the menu sometime this week, just not sure which day :)
ILL : Read some of my older miserably failed black thumb projects. There's hope for one and all, no fear.
DDMom : No talent, really. I have realised the simple technique of watering regularly, talking encouragingly and keeping fingers crossed :P. And the soil in the backyard isnt too conducive for a vegetable garden. So all this is in pots. Same pinch then...
Hail Project Green Thumb :) Altoid Rocks !! :)
btw - is that Thai Basil ?
cool! this is so good!
i have never been able to keep any plant alive and thats coz of my pets!
seriously... last time i remember i tried was when i was in school :D ..
never tried it again :)
